Nurit 3020 Restaurant Quick Reference

To process a sale:

Swiped Card Sale

  • Swipe Card
  • Press Enter
  • Key in amount of sale (no decimal point)
  • At prompt, key  in Server I.D. or Press Enter to bypass prompt.
  • Tear Slip
  • Press Enter

When card is not present
  • Key in card number
  • Press Enter
  • Key in 2 digit month and 2 digit Day
  • Press Enter
  • Key in amount of sale (no decimal point)
  • Press Enter
  • At prompt, key in Server I.D. or press Enter to bypass prompt.
  • Key in the Credit Card Billing Zip Code
  • Press Enter
  • Key in the house # when it asks for street address
  • Press Enter
  • If prompted, Key in the last 3 digits on the back of the card
  • Press Enter
  • Tear Slip
  • Press Enter.

Entering Tips:
  • Press Review
  • Press 5
  • Key in Transaction Number
  • Press Enter
  • Press Enter
  • Key in the amount of the tip
  • Press Enter

Credit Sale:
  • Press Return
  • Follow the same steps as above for completing a sale.


    • - You can process a return or a credit at anytime.

Void:
  • Press Void
  • Follow the same steps as above for completing a sale.


    • - This functions has to be done the same day before the terminal has batched out.
    - This function will also void fees for processing a sale.

Reports:

  • Press Function 5

Batching:

    - Use this feature if you want to Manually Close the Terminal. (Terminals are set to automatically batch
       daily by default).
